B93753465), owner of the "Serviclick" brand, name, logo and identifying content, hereby confirms that it has expressly authorized IMMOACTIVAT I ASSOCIATS, S.L. — the holder of the Google Play developer account operating under the developer name "SafeDevsBWT" (account ID 8678351773566451365) — to use the "Serviclick" brand and logo and to develop, publish and maintain the official Serviclick application (package name es.serviclick.app) on Google Play and other app stores.
This authorization includes the use of the "Serviclick" name and logo as the identity of the application, and of the images and descriptive content provided by Serviclick Solutions, S.L. for the store listing. It is granted under a signed authorization and trademark licence agreement between both parties.

B93753465, titular de la marca, denominación, logotipo y contenidos identificativos "Serviclick", confirma que ha autorizado expresamente a IMMOACTIVAT I ASSOCIATS, S.L. — titular de la cuenta de desarrollador de Google Play que opera bajo el nombre de desarrollador "SafeDevsBWT" (ID de cuenta 8678351773566451365) — a usar la marca y el logotipo "Serviclick" y a desarrollar, publicar y mantener la aplicación oficial Serviclick (nombre de paquete es.serviclick.app) en Google Play y otras tiendas de aplicaciones.
Esta autorización comprende el uso del nombre y del logotipo "Serviclick" como imagen identificativa de la aplicación, así como de las imágenes y textos descriptivos facilitados por Serviclick Solutions, S.L. para la ficha de la tienda. Se otorga al amparo de un contrato de autorización y licencia de uso de marca firmado por ambas partes.
